Shockingly neglected blog!

Ashamed to say i've totally neglected the blog.

As most know we are radical unschoolers. We plan nothing and go with the flow.

Also as a lot know Jord has been very ill and still is. He has been diagnosed with M.E, Fibromyalgia and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome Hypermobility on top of what he already had. This has somewhat changed his future goals as currently he struggles to play any golf currently but he has not given up and is looking at other ways to coach even if he branches out into other sports.

This year is GCSE Sociology and GCSE Law that he has chosen to study to sit in 2018, his choice.

He is still a Gold YA, still a Level 1 coach, still on the Golf Development Wales National Youth Panel and now on the Disability Sport Wales National Youth board and is on the National Leadership Academy.
He also had the privilege of being a baton bearer for The Queens Baton Relay.

The rest well i'll let the photos do the talking and write info under them.

Jord had to have a rushed operation as his adenoids were dangerously enlarged.

Few golf photos from the start of the year, he only managed one round on a buggy and hasn't been well enough to play since.

He also studied for and sat a GCSE out of choice.

Various photos doing some of his GCSE work, time with the cats, out for food, family visits etc and a snapshot of life with M.E for Jord.

18th birthday.....he had his first tattoos....Milo is our late cat and the name is above a scar Jord has from a scram Milo made and P.M.A stands for Positive Mental Attitude. He also had a gaming laptop and a Cube amp. He also had presents from America off his IRun4 runner.

How lax have I been???? May 2016 to end of 2016

So much has happened this year that my blog has kinda been neglected. Jords health has plummeted, he is very unwell at the moment and uses a wheelchair while out. More diagnosies on top of the ones already there, likely to get an M.E. diagnosis confirmed tho already been told they believe its that, plus an op sometime in the year. We have left the home ed group we were in after a huge upheaval there. We have joined a fab new group. Despite being so ill Jord has sat n passed GCSE's (his choice), kept his hand in with coaching as much as health allowed. Let the photos do the talking, ive shared a few from our year, i'll do a sentence under each :) In no particular order......

WDGA competition....won on the 2's so won £20. Buggy golf as no strength to walk, last round he played period, not played on foot since Sept 2015.
